    In addition to her work in the legal field, Mrs. Barge is an active member of her community. She volunteers by serving on the Board of Directors for two local nonprofit organizations. One of those organizations supports crime victims and promotes access to justice for victims. She also volunteers as a mentor for future lawyers and lawyers new to the practice of law. 


     


    When she's not working, Tonya enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cooking. She  also loves to garden and travel to new destinations to experience different cultures and cuisines.


     


    Tonya Barge is a seasoned legal professional with over 50 jury trials who has successfully transitioned from criminal to civil law. Her years of experience as a prosecutor have given her a unique perspective on litigation, and her dedication to justice and fairness make her a valuable asset to her clients.

She attended the University of South Florida, where she earned a bachelor's degree in management, followed by a Juris Doctor degree in law from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. 

     

    From property management to home sales and even title, Allison brings more than 20 years of real estate industry experience to her real estate clients. With her real estate perspective, she assists buyers/sellers, real estate agents/brokers, investors, and builders in unique situations. In addition, she worked as a corporate compliance officer before moving into the role of in-house counsel for a large real estate trade organization.

    Willishia Plant, Esq. is a Jacksonville, Florida native where she was born and raised. She always knew that she would be an attorney since the sweet age of 12 years old. She excelled in school and graduated from Mandarin High School with a full academic scholarship to college. In 2011 she moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida to pursue her Bachelors of Science degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida in 2015. She was accepted into Law school and two months after graduation she moved back to Jacksonville to attend Florida Coastal School of Law.


    While in Law school, she ultimately took an interest in criminal law and interned at the Fourth Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s office. She enjoyed being a servant of her community and standing for justice while being a voice for those who felt they didn’t have one. Willishia went on to study abroad in Clermont Ferrand where she studied French Business Law and Human Rights Protection in Regional and Global Context. Later she took a summer internship on Capitol Hill at a small boutique firm through the Fund for American Studies program. There she learned how the day the day operations of a small firm goes and ultimately spiked her interest in one day opening up her own firm. Willishia received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law where she finished a semester early in 2017 and graduated with pro bono honors.


    Just three years after graduating in 2020, Willishia opened her own practice and began assisting small business owners in securing their brand names and gaining exclusive rights under the name. Willishia specializes in Intellectual Property (Trademarks), Business and Civil Litigation, Contract drafting/reviewing and Personal Injury.     He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Economics from Luther College, Iowa.  He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law, where he graduated in the top half of his class, served as a Human Rights Fellow and was a member of the International Law Scholars Program.


    Mr. Nartey has undertaken several notable judicial clerkships, with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Ghana under Justice Julius Ansah and thereafter under Judge William Condry at the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims in Orlando, Florida.


    He founded the law firm William Nartey, LLC (USA) in 2013 and later in 2015 went on to serve as the managing partner of Nartey Law Group (NLG), formerly Kramer, Linkie, Taylor (USA) where he represented major financial institutions and mortgage companies in transactions and litigation throughout the courts in the State of Georgia.


    Prior to his career in law, Mr. Nartey’s experience included positions in the nonprofit sector working with the United Way of Atlanta, and serving as a Financial and Housing Consultant with Cred Ability. Mr. Nartey has also worked in management with The Hertz Corporation, a subsidiary of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc.
