Mrs. Barge is a former prosecutor who has dedicated her career to seeking justice in both criminal and civil matters. Mrs. Barge spent the first decade of her legal career as a prosecutor, handling complex cases involving sexual battery, human trafficking, the online exploitation of children, homicides, and domestic violence offenses. During this time, she developed a reputation as a tough but fair prosecutor, known for her meticulous preparation and attention to detail.

After many years as a prosecutor, Mrs. Barge decided to transition to civil litigation, where she could use her trial experience to help individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of civil law. In her current role, Mrs. Barge practice area includes various civil matters, including contract disputes, real estate, and personal injury cases.

Mrs. Barge’s experience as a prosecutor gives her a unique perspective on civil litigation. She knows how to build a strong case, gather evidence, and present a compelling argument in court. Her background also means she is adept at handling high-stakes situations and making quick decisions under pressure.

Mrs. Barge is a skilled negotiator, always striving to find a resolution that is in the best interest of her clients. She is known for her ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a way that is easy for her clients to understand.

In addition to her work in the legal field, Mrs. Barge is an active member of her community. She volunteers by serving on the Board of Directors for two local nonprofit organizations. One of those organizations supports crime victims and promotes access to justice for victims. She also volunteers as a mentor for future lawyers and lawyers new to the practice of law. 

When she's not working, Tonya enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cooking. She  also loves to garden and travel to new destinations to experience different cultures and cuisines.

Tonya Barge is a seasoned legal professional with over 50 jury trials who has successfully transitioned from criminal to civil law. Her years of experience as a prosecutor have given her a unique perspective on litigation, and her dedication to justice and fairness make her a valuable asset to her clients.

Allison is renowned for her unique skill set and perspective built from an extensive background in real estate and corporate compliance. She attended the University of South Florida, where she earned a bachelor's degree in management, followed by a Juris Doctor degree in law from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. 

From property management to home sales and even title, Allison brings more than 20 years of real estate industry experience to her real estate clients. With her real estate perspective, she assists buyers/sellers, real estate agents/brokers, investors, and builders in unique situations. In addition, she worked as a corporate compliance officer before moving into the role of in-house counsel for a large real estate trade organization.

Allison serves small business clients using a proven comprehensive approach that brings added value. Rather than simply addressing their current issues, she takes the time to educate her clients on what it takes to build wealth and legacy from a legal perspective. Allison takes pride in serving her small business and estate-planning clients through multi-meeting processes and by maintaining open communication.

In her spare time, Allison serves as a board member of A Little Light, Inc., a nonprofit focused on aiding breast cancer patients and survivors.

Willishia Plant, Esq. is a Jacksonville, Florida native where she was born and raised. She always knew that she would be an attorney since the sweet age of 12 years old. She excelled in school and graduated from Mandarin High School with a full academic scholarship to college. In 2011 she moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida to pursue her Bachelors of Science degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida in 2015. She was accepted into Law school and two months after graduation she moved back to Jacksonville to attend Florida Coastal School of Law.

While in Law school, she ultimately took an interest in criminal law and interned at the Fourth Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s office. She enjoyed being a servant of her community and standing for justice while being a voice for those who felt they didn’t have one. Willishia went on to study abroad in Clermont Ferrand where she studied French Business Law and Human Rights Protection in Regional and Global Context. Later she took a summer internship on Capitol Hill at a small boutique firm through the Fund for American Studies program. There she learned how the day the day operations of a small firm goes and ultimately spiked her interest in one day opening up her own firm. Willishia received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law where she finished a semester early in 2017 and graduated with pro bono honors.

Just three years after graduating in 2020, Willishia opened her own practice and began assisting small business owners in securing their brand names and gaining exclusive rights under the name. Willishia specializes in Intellectual Property (Trademarks), Business and Civil Litigation, Contract drafting/reviewing and Personal Injury. Willishia enjoys helping her clients overcome the doubts and fears of starting a new business and leaves her clients equipped with invaluable knowledge after consulting with her. Willishia has a very outgoing personality which makes her a favorite amongst her clients. 

She prides herself in overcoming adversity by beating the odds and continuing her education. She is currently taking a course to become a Florida Supreme Court Mediator for circuit and civil matters.
