Ja’Mesha Morgan’s practice is divided between California and Texas with her primary office in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Morgan proudly represents plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and employment disputes – including but not limited to, discrimination based on race, sex, creed, nationality, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected class; harassment; wrongful termination; and retaliatory discharge. Ms. Morgan works relentlessly to advocate for her clients and fights to obtain the best possible results.

Prior to joining Esquire Litigation Group, Ms. Morgan worked in-house for a major entertainment company early in her legal career before serving as an associate attorney for a national, corporate defense firm with 54 offices across the United States. As a result, Ms. Morgan knows the patterns and practices of large companies, insurance companies, and their lawyers. She uses that experience to provide strategic, top-tier legal services to her clients. Ms. Morgan’s extensive writing and in-court experience serves as an added tool in the event her client’s cases go to trial, rather than settle.
